The short version
We set the few cookies the shop needs in order to work, and nothing else until you say yes. Analytics scripts are not merely disabled before you accept them — they are never loaded. Declining is not a preference we record and then ignore.

Stripe sets its own cookies inside the payment form to detect fraud. Without them a payment cannot be processed at all.

Clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner appears again on your next visit, with your choice reset. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. The shop keeps working, but if you block the necessary ones your cart will not survive a page reload.
