Who you are buying from
ProformaWorks is a trading name of Francesco Saviano, a sole trader (ditta individuale) established in Italy, VAT number IT04779960618, registered at Via G. di Vittorio 4, 81030 Gricignano di Aversa (CE), Italy. Contact: support@proformaworks.com. These terms govern every purchase made on proformaworks.com, and placing an order means you accept them.
What you are buying
Each product is a digital package: a Microsoft Excel workbook with live formulas, a PDF guide explaining how to drive it, and a README. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery.
Your licence
When your payment succeeds you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user. You may:
- use the model for your own business, or for a client engagement you personally deliver;
- edit it, extend it, rename the sheets, adapt it to a specific deal;
- show its outputs to lenders, investors, partners or your accountant.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, modified or not; and you may not include them in a product, course, template library or membership that you sell or give away. If your team needs several seats, write to us before you buy and we will sort it out.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as the payment is confirmed the download link appears on screen, and the same link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The link stays valid for 30 days, and the files remain in your account for as long as the account exists.
If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to us. We resend it by hand and it takes minutes.
Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars, and the total you will be charged is displayed before you confirm the payment — there are no fees added afterwards. Where VAT or an equivalent tax applies it is shown at checkout. If your own jurisdiction imposes a further duty or tax on the purchase, that part is yours.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store card details.
What these models are not
This section matters more than any other on this page. A financial model is a calculator for assumptions that you supply. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice; we are not a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, a CPA or a law firm in any jurisdiction; and buying a model does not create an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship of any kind.
The benchmarks and default values that ship with each model come from public sources, cited in the guide so you can check them yourself. They are starting points for your own diligence — not a valuation, not a recommendation, not an appraisal, and not a prediction of what any particular business will do. No result produced by a model is a promise of any outcome. Every acquisition, financing and forecasting decision remains yours, and you should take it with your own accountant, lender and lawyer.
Warranty and liability
We build and test these models carefully, and each one ships only after its checks pass. Even so, the files are provided "as is" and "as available": to the extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that a model suits your particular purpose or is free of every error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost financing, or the outcome of any transaction you enter into.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to redistribute the files.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The version that governs your purchase is the one published at the moment you placed the order, and we keep no right to change the deal after you have paid.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings before the courts where you live; the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of any right you have under the law of your state, including the right to bring a claim in your local small claims court. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive a class action.
