Contact usWhat exactly do I get when I buy a model?
A ZIP file with two things: the model itself as an Excel workbook (.xlsx) and a PDF guide that walks you through it. The download link appears on screen the moment your payment clears, and the same links are emailed to you.
Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to install.
Does it work in Google Sheets, or do I need Excel?
Both. The workbooks are built with standard spreadsheet functions and open in Google Sheets as well as Excel.
That is a deliberate constraint, not a happy accident: there are no macros, no add-ins and no external links in any model. It also means nothing in the file can run code on your machine.
Can I see and change the formulas?
Yes — every formula is visible and editable. Nothing is hidden in a locked sheet or a black box.
This matters more than it sounds. A lender or a partner will ask how you got to a number, and "the template said so" is not an answer. You need to be able to open the cell and show the arithmetic.
Do I need to be good at Excel?
No. You fill the amber input cells and read the dashboard — the first pass through a deal takes about ten minutes.
Knowing your way around a spreadsheet helps if you want to change the underwriting logic itself, but you do not need it to use the model as built.
Will this get my SBA loan approved?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something else. A lender decides on your credit, your experience, the business itself and their own appetite that quarter.
What the model does is narrower and more useful: it runs the deal the way an underwriter runs it — SDE rebuilt from the P&L, debt service against the coverage ratio the lender actually uses — so you find out where a deal fails before you are sitting across from them.
Can I use one model for more than one deal?
Yes. The licence is per person, not per deal: make a copy of the file for each business you look at and run as many as you like.
Most buyers screen several deals for every one they pursue, and the model is built to be copied and re-run rather than filled in once.
Which model should I buy if my deal does not match any of them?
Write to us and describe the deal — we will tell you which one fits, or tell you that none of them do.
The models are built around how a specific business actually makes money, so a laundromat model and a staffing model are genuinely different engines rather than the same template with the words swapped. Buying the wrong one is a waste of your money and our time.
What does the licence let me do?
Use the model for your own deals, and for the deals of clients you advise — copy it, edit it, build on it.
What you cannot do is resell it, redistribute it, or publish it as your own template. The full terms are on the licence page.
Do I pay again when the model is updated?
No. Updates to a model you own are free, and you get them from the same place as the original file.
You never need to keep the email or an account: go to your downloads, enter the address you used at checkout, and we send you a link to everything you have ever bought. Individual links expire — your access does not.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full and without argument, when something is wrong on our side: the file is corrupted or will not open, you received the wrong product, you were charged twice, or the product page described something the workbook demonstrably does not do.
What we cannot refund is a change of mind after downloading a file that works as described — these are digital files, and once a workbook full of live formulas is on your computer it cannot be handed back. That is why we confirm it explicitly at checkout before the download starts.
Bought the wrong model? We swap it, at no cost. The full rules are on the refund policy.
Can I buy through my company and get an invoice?
Yes. At checkout, open "Buying through a company?" and add your company name and VAT or tax ID — they go on the receipt.
If you need anything else on the invoice, write to us before or after the purchase and we will sort it out.
Is any of this financial advice?
No. These are planning tools, not financial, investment, lending or tax advice, and no one here has met your deal.
Every number the model produces comes from assumptions you enter. Verify the seller's books, use your own market data, and talk to your accountant and your lender before you buy a business or sign a loan.
